Please notify us 24 hours prior to the scheduled service of any conflicting time or schedule constraint and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- We provide all equipment and supplies, but will use specialty products at the client’s instruction (supplied by clients)
- We are not responsible for damages caused by pets/animals during or after Kleaning services have been rendered.
- In the event of an accidental occurrence the Kleaning crew will notify the client and our office immediately.
- If you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue as soon as possible. Request received by our office more than 24 hours after the service was provided will be incorporated into your next scheduled kleaning.
Full payment is required upon completion of the kleaning service. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard & Electronic invoicing.
A fee equal to one year of kleaning service will be charged to any client who hires an employee of Klean World, LLC. or a former employee of Klean World, LLC. within one year following the employees last day as an employer of Klean World, LLC.
